To My Boss
This cake was for my boss. She had requested a Chocolate Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. I finally found a fairly successful homemade Chocolate cake recipe, and was told that it was very good. The Cream Cheese Frosting was a little hard to work with, as why this is probably not my best looking cake, but the frosting was a huge hit, so after a few alterations, we might be able to get it to the point where it still tastes good and is not so soft. It was a challenge to frost this cake, as the it was super moist and the frosting was a little to soft, but even with those issues, I think that it still turned out cute.
A Birthday Cake for Mom!
I made this cake for a friend, so that they could celebrate his mom's birthday. She passed away this year, but they still wanted to have a small celebration in honor of her life. I still need to work on the writing, but I thought that the roses turned out a lot better than I thought that they were going too.

It's a Beer Cake!
Made this for a friend's wife! Marble cake, that I shaped to look like a bottle. Chocolate frosting and the blue is again, colored fondant.
My first wedding!
I had some friends who got married this past October. They were very creative and decided to put individual cakes on each table. Their had a few requests, but otherwise, there were a few different varieties of cakes. Black, white and blue were their colors and they wanted to incorporate a bow into the cake. I pre-made the bows out of fondant and then air brushed them black, with my new airbrush. The blue ribbons on the cake is also colored fondant. Here are some of the individual cakes, as well as the head table cake. The flavors were Marble, Chocolate, Yellow, Red Velvet, and Peanut Butter.

My Cousin's Confirmation
I just made a quick trip to North Dakota to see some family and attend my cousin's confirmation. While I was on my way, my aunt frantically called me to ask if I could make a cake, for some pictures, and then to eat. Of course I couldn't say NO! I love decorating cakes. I did use a box cake for this one, as I was traveling and didn't have a lot of time, nor ingredients, to make one from scratch. And, my cousin picked out the colors and the decorations.

Halloween time!
Here is a skull cake that I made. The blue is fondant, with the skull cut out, so that I could put the frosting right on the cake.
It's a Duck Cake!
Made this little 6 inch cake for a first birthday party for a little girl. The rest of the family had coordinating cupcakes. :) The beak is make out of Fondant to give it a 3d look.
